Where There is a Way, There is a Way.
On the path to awakening you find yourself facing the old way of doing things.
Using a strong will to corral yourself into the “right” direction. Weighing pros and cons and then “sticking to” a decision. This is a paradigm of the separate self, where an individual must rely on the wisdom of the tribe to avoid pitfalls and succeed.
That paradigm is well worn, and a new one is birthing. One modeled by the internet (instantaneous, interconnected, and rich with constantly evolving information) but available to us on the inside, and technology-free.
In fact our interconnected-ness is NOT new. Living with awareness of it is new.
At least to this many people. Previously it was reserved for saints and geniuses.
Some people confuse embracing the new paradigm with rejecting the old one. We know there is something calling us… but rejecting the old does NOT free us. from it. Too much focus on the past just binds us more tightly to it. The new paradigm is both more subtle and more profound than can be achieved by any rash action, though there will be leaps of faith….
The new paradigm is Unity in Diversity. Creation completes a vast puzzle and we are each a perfect piece. As we live authentically as our full and joyful selves we fill in the entire puzzle piece and fit perfectly into creation.
When we rebel, dominate, compromise, or conform we are actually holding ourselves back from occupying our right place in creation. The truth is all of that is for naught anyway because those things we want… whether we crave love, success, wealth or connection, what we are really longing for the fullness of ourselves.
The new paradigm is built on Direct Connection and Personal Responsibility.
We cannot hide our flaws in the blame, shame, guilt game. Hiding blocks and limits our Fullness.
A key to coming into Fullness is Intuition. Respected men like Einstein, Carl Jung and Steve Jobs are quoted on the power and usefulness of intuition. Intuition has greater wisdom and direct relevance than any single external source. No teacher or parent or guru can lead you as well as your own Intuition. They might have wisdom for you, but ultimately their viewpoint is limited to who they are and their life experience… which may or may not include what you really need to know.
The right path for them may be (for you) a miserable detour.
Don’t be satisfied with stories, how things have gone with others. Unfold your own myth. ~ Jalaluddin Rumi
The old saying was “Where there is a will, there is a way.”
In the new paradigm we align first, and then act. So the NEW saying can be:
